Early registration is now open for Summer Academy Meeting 2013, July 31 to Aug. 4 at the New York Hilton Midtown, New York. Registration and housing will only be accepted via the online registration and housing system. Early registration rates for members and approved non-members end at 12 p.m. CT Monday, July 8. Late registration fees and rules will apply after this date and time.
Advance registration ends at 12 p.m. CT Wednesday July 24. At this time all registration systems will close, so if you have not registered in advance, you will have to wait until on-site registration opens at 12 p.m. ET Wednesday, July 31.
Registration cancellation deadline
The deadline to cancel your meeting registration is 12 p.m. CT Wednesday, July 24. After this date and time, no refunds will be given for cancellations. For cancellations requested before the deadline, a $75 fee will be deducted from your refund amount. A $25 fee will be deducted for all spouse/guest and medical student cancellations.
Deadline to register and receive materials by mail
All individuals who complete registration by 12 p.m. CT Monday, July 8, will receive their badges, tickets, and attendance verifications/meeting bag vouchers by mail. Registration packets will be sent via U.S. mail to U.S. registrants and via special courier service to Canadian and international registrants starting July 9, continuing until July 19. Individuals who register after at 12 p.m. CT Monday, July 8, will need to pick up their materials at the meeting.
